Welcome to Minova AI ("Minova," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Minova's website, resume tools, career profile features, job matching workflows, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service

Minova helps job seekers build, tailor, score, and manage resumes and job-search materials. Features may include:

• AI-powered resume analysis, scoring, and optimization.
• Resume builders, professional templates, and career profiles.
• Job description analysis, job-resume matching, and keyword recommendations.
• AI content generation, resume enhancement, interview preparation, and application tracking.
• Free tools, paid subscription features, and usage-based limits.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Minova. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and can enter into these Terms.

• Accurate information: Provide current, complete, and accurate account information and keep it updated.
• Account security: Keep your password and authentication methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Unauthorized access: Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Minova offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions unlock additional limits or features and are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

• Billing: Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Plan changes: Features, limits, and prices may change. We will provide notice where required by law or where changes materially affect your subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains available until then.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Minova expressly states otherwise.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of resumes, career information, job materials, uploaded files, prompts, and other content you submit to Minova ("User Content").

• Limited license to Minova: You grant Minova a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and create outputs from User Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights needed to upload and use it.
• Shared links: If you create public or shareable links, anyone with access to those links may view the shared content until the link is disabled, expires, or is deleted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Minova to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or platform rules.
• Upload malware, harmful code, spam, deceptive content, or material you do not have permission to use.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work history, credentials, or authorization to work.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, security controls, billing controls, or access restrictions.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Share account credentials or resell access without written permission from Minova.

AI-Generated Content

Minova uses AI to assist with resume analysis, drafting, rewriting, job matching, interview preparation, and related career workflows. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. Minova does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary outcomes, recruiter responses, or application success.

Intellectual Property

• Minova property: The Service, including software, workflows, designs, templates, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Minova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your license: Subject to these Terms, Minova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
• Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, Minova may use them without restriction or compensation.

Availability and Changes

You may stop using Minova or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay fees, or where required by law. After termination, some provisions continue where their nature requires it, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.
