We collect information you provide directly, information created while you use Minova, and limited technical data.

• Account information: Name, email address, password credentials, profile details, authentication records, two-factor settings, and communication preferences.
• Resume and career data: Resume files, parsed resume content, career profiles, work history, education, skills, projects, job preferences, generated drafts, and saved templates.
• Job and application data: Job descriptions, job URLs, job matching scores, application status, notes, interview preparation content, and related analysis results.
• Billing data: Subscription status, plan information, customer identifiers, payment history, and billing records. Payments are processed by Stripe; Minova does not store full card numbers.
• Support and contact data: Messages you send us, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and any details needed to respond.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, cookie choices, session identifiers, logs, performance data, errors, feature usage, and security events.

How We Use Information

• Provide the Service: Create accounts, authenticate users, parse resumes, generate resume content, score resumes, match resumes to jobs, save templates, and keep your work available across sessions.
• Operate subscriptions: Process checkout, manage billing, enforce plan limits, send payment notices, and provide customer portal access.
• Improve Minova: Understand product usage, troubleshoot issues, measure performance, evaluate AI request quality, and improve features and user experience.
• Communicate with you: Send account notices, security alerts, support replies, product updates, onboarding messages, and marketing emails where permitted by your choices.
• Protect Minova and users: Prevent abuse, investigate fraud, enforce limits, secure accounts, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights.

AI Processing

Minova uses AI systems and related service providers to analyze job descriptions, parse resumes, generate drafts, improve resume content, and produce career guidance. Your inputs and generated outputs may be processed by those providers so we can deliver these features.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in applications or professional communications. Avoid adding information to Minova that you do not have permission to share.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed for the Service or as described below.

• Service providers: Vendors that help us host the app, store files, process payments, send email, provide AI features, run analytics, monitor errors, protect forms, and support security.
• Legal and safety reasons: Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or when disclosure is needed to protect Minova, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: A successor or adviser if Minova is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are used for sign-in, account security, checkout, saved preferences, fraud prevention, and core app functionality. With your permission, we also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Axiom to understand usage, performance, and errors.

You can update analytics cookie choices at any time. Rejecting analytics cookies does not block essential app features.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, logging, monitoring, and security procedures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Minova, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and protect legitimate business interests. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where practical.
